Our story

VASILICA DA started as a small desk of former airline reservation agents who believed travelers deserved a clearer way to compare fares side by side. What began as a single booking line has grown into a dedicated flight travel agency serving guests across Europe, working with major European and international airlines to source published fares, negotiated rates and multi-airline routings.

We are a registered travel agency and an authorized reseller for the airlines we work with. We are not owned by, and are not a subsidiary of, any single airline, which lets our specialists recommend the routing that actually fits your trip rather than steering you toward one carrier.

What we do

• Search and compare live fares across major European and international airlines
• Source negotiated and consolidator fares not always shown on public airline sites
• Handle seat selection, baggage guidance and connecting itineraries
• Manage date changes, cancellations and refund requests on your behalf
• Coordinate multi-city and open-jaw international itineraries

How we’re paid

We earn a commission or override from airlines and consolidators on completed bookings, and in some cases charge a disclosed service fee for booking, date-change or cancellation assistance. Any service fee is quoted to you before it is charged, in Euros inclusive of applicable VAT. Full detail is available in our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Our commitment

We publish our cancellation terms, service fees and privacy practices in plain language, and our specialists confirm fare rules, routing and total price with you verbally before any payment is taken. As a business serving customers across the European Union, we process personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
